Acceptable use policy
What you can’t do with Tapwah, so it stays safe and fair for everyone.
Draft: under review. This is a plain-language draft and may change before it is final.
Tapwah gives each person a Mac-hosted iPhone simulator and an AI agent. Please use them only to build and try your own apps. Don’t use Tapwah to:
- build apps that break the law, or that harm, harass, deceive or exploit people;
- make malware, spyware, phishing apps or apps that copy another company’s app to mislead people;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- infringe other people’s copyrights, trademarks or privacy;
- try to get out of the app sandbox, reach our Macs, other people’s sessions or data, or get around the AI agent’s limits;
- probe, scan or overload our service, except as described on our security page;
- create more than one free account per person, or share an account to get around the daily limits;
- resell access to Tapwah, or use it to run something unrelated to building your app.
If an account breaks these rules, we may stop a session, suspend the account or delete it. Where it makes sense, we’ll tell you why first.
