The basics

These terms are an agreement between you and Tapwah. By creating an account or using Tapwah at tapwah.com or app.tapwah.com, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tapwah.

Who can use Tapwah

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. One free account per person. If you use Tapwah for an organization, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep access to your email account safe, since that’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens in your Tapwah account. Tell us at hello@tapwah.com if you think someone else has used it.

What you make is yours

You own your ideas, your messages and the app Tapwah builds for you. You give us permission to store, process and run them only as needed to provide Tapwah to you, for example to build your app and show it on the iPhone screen. We don’t claim ownership of your app.

AI-written code can contain mistakes. Check your app before you rely on it or publish it.

Plans and limits

The free plan has daily limits on building time and AI work, which reset at 00:00 UTC. We may change plans and limits. If we make a change that affects you in a big way, we’ll tell you first. Paid plans aren’t on sale yet; when they are, their terms will be added here.

Fair use

Follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks it or puts Tapwah or other people at risk.

Publishing to the App Store

To publish an app on Apple’s App Store you need your own Apple Developer Program membership and must follow Apple’s rules. Apple decides whether to approve an app. We can’t guarantee that it will.

Service as it is

Tapwah is new and offered as it is. We work to keep it running and your work safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and you should keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Tapwah isn’t liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We’ll post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Questions: hello@tapwah.com.
