What an hour gets you
Enough to build a small app and keep changing it.
In our tests, four starter apps each took between 21 seconds and about a minute to build from one message, and used between $0.09 and $0.19 of AI work. At that rate, a day on the free plan covers a first version and many rounds of changes. Bigger requests, like a new screen with its own data, use more.

How the daily limits work
What counts as building time?
The minutes your Tapwah page is open and connected to your iPhone screen. Time with the page closed doesn’t count.
What is “AI work”?
Each message you send costs a little to run on the AI model that writes your app. We count that cost in US dollars against your daily $3. A short change costs less than a whole new screen.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The message that’s running finishes. After that, the chat tells you when your allowance resets, at the next 00:00 UTC. Your app and your chat are kept.
Why do I sometimes wait for a seat?
Each person building uses a simulator on one of our Macs. When all of them are busy, you wait in line and the page shows your place.
